Hybrid vehicles

Hybrid vehicles usually use an conventional internal combustion engine combined with electric drive and stack of batteries. Positive result is increased overall efficiency; but on the downside are additional weight, price and the complexity. Hybrid cars have demonstrated the potential of new technologies, and - more importaintly marked ending of the internal combustion engines - creating more and more space for new market of green, electric powered vehicles! Toyota Prius is a typical example of a hybrid vehicle, that reached its second generation in 2006.
